These terms govern your use of wobbles, a web app for visual vocabulary learning operated by NextMotive ("we", "us"; see our Imprint). By creating an account or using wobbles, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
wobbles is a visually designed web app for learning vocabulary. It shows your words as interactive bubbles and your progress as charts, so you can see at a glance what you know and what needs practice, and it schedules your reviews with spaced repetition. We offer a free plan and paid plans. What each plan includes, its limits and its price are shown on the Pricing page; the version shown when you buy is the one that applies to you.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for keeping it secure.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use wobbles, and at least 18 years old to buy a paid plan.
- One account per person. Don't share accounts or create extra ones to get around limits.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use wobbles for anything illegal, upload content that infringes others' rights, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or access wobbles automatically (scraping, bots) without our written permission. We may suspend or end accounts that break these rules.
4. Your content
The words, meanings and examples you add remain yours. You allow us to store and process them to provide wobbles to you. Vocabulary banks we provide for import, and suggestions from AI Assist, are offered as they are; we can't guarantee they're complete or free of errors.
5. Paid plans and payment
- Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, paid through our payment provider Stripe. They renew automatically each month until you cancel. If we change a plan's price, your running subscription keeps its price unless you agree to the new one.
- You can change or cancel your plan anytime on the Plans page. An upgrade starts right away and the price difference for the current month is charged at once; a downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for. Payments already made aren't refunded, except under your right of withdrawal or where the law requires it.

6. AI Assist
AI Assist uses AI models of external providers. Its suggestions are generated automatically and can be wrong; check them before relying on them. You remain responsible for the words you keep.
7. Availability and changes to the service
We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change wobbles for valid reasons, such as legal, security or technical requirements or new features, at no extra cost to you. If a change materially impairs a paid plan you have, we'll tell you in advance and you may end the plan.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Account; deletion completes after a 30-day grace period. We may suspend or end your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it. If we end a paid plan for a reason you're not responsible for, we refund the share you've paid for but can no longer use.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever the law makes liability mandatory. For slight negligence, we are liable only if we breach an obligation that is essential for the contract and that you may rely on, and then only for the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise our liability is excluded.
10. Governing law
German law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. If you are a merchant (Kaufmann) or a legal entity under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Heidelberg, Germany.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll tell you about significant changes in advance by email; if you don't agree, you can object or end your plan before they take effect. Changes to the price or main features of a paid plan you already have apply only with your agreement.
